What follows in an online golf instruction video library (of sorts) that includes lessons on techniques, swing and grip. At minimum, a golf instructional video should be easy to follow and apply to your swing. Golf can be a mental game that requires a great deal of focus and concentration to be sure, but in the context of learning and improving your game, you need a video that is clear enough for you to understand at both an intellectual and physical level. After all you do not to be able to reproduce some facsimile of the nex technique if you are to improve. If the video quality is poor, or if the seqeuncing of the mechanics are off, you might not be able to reproduce the technique. Likewise, take a moment to decide if the person is doing what he or she says that she is doing.

In other words, does the person demonstrate - in "real-time" the actual techniques that he or she is using? A person can easily "talk the talk" and have a great theoretical understandg inf the game or a particular swing or technique, but the proof is in the action and result not the talk.
